Biography
Ms. Nash is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 9 years of experience in the field. Meredith’s person-centered and trauma-informed therapeutic approach to counseling is derived from a variety of disciplines, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She values assisting clients to develop and implement healthy and effective coping skills, as well as managing symptoms associated with daily stressors.
Meredith believes in the importance of creating a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship with her clients, while providing a safe space that will allow for growth, healing, and strength. She is skilled in working with anxiety disorders, depression disorders, trauma histories, life transitions, postpartum, and family or relationship issues.
She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire, and her Master’s degree from William James College.
