Biography

Ms. Sapia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves freely. She is deeply committed to guiding and assisting clients through challenges they face, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief/loss, family or relationship issues, and life transitions.  

Alexandria has experience serving diverse populations, spanning from children to adults, and including individuals diagnosed with various or severe medical conditions. She customizes her approach to meet the needs of each unique individual, incorporating specialized techniques like solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed therapy, and play therapy.  

After completing her undergraduate degree at Plymouth State University, Alexandria completed her graduate studies at the University of New Hampshire.
