Biography

Ms. Scull is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). To create a therapeutic environment that facilitates positive, lasting change, Cassandra utilizes a diverse, integrative, and evidence-based counseling approach. She draws techniques from trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and shadow work. By integrating these evidence-based modalities, Cassandra strives to facilitate insight, promote behavioral changes, and aid in the healing process. 

Cassandra offers individual as well as family and couples counseling and is LGBTQ+ affirming. With a comprehensive understanding of issues such as substance use, religious trauma, existential fears and family dynamics, she provides holistic support to my clients across various facets of their lives. 

She obtained her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University.
