Arianna Iliff, LMFT

Therapist

Biography

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over nine years of experience working in mental health and human services. I primarily treat adults using dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems, and sensorimotor techniques. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and am working toward certification in this life-changing treatment model.

A true believer in the potential of a therapeutic working relationship, my primary goal is to support you in discovering and becoming your most authentic self, removing restrictions due to difficult life experiences or self-esteem concerns. I pride myself on creating a radically nonjudgemental space, wherein members of the LGBTQIA+ community, college students, and self-identified “nerds” may always feel welcome. I am skilled working with trauma, relational distress, emotional dysregulation, and identity concerns.

I am an Ohio native, a cat parent, and a music lover. I look forward to working with you!
