Biography

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. Erin’s goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

Erin works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship or family stress. She believes that every client is unique, which is why she tailors her approach to meet each person’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.

Erin’s work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy techniques, solution-focused therapy, family systems approaches, trauma focused, and strengths-based interventions. Whether helping a child express emotions through play, supporting a teen through life’s challenges, or working with families to strengthen communication and connection, she strives to create a collaborative, therapeutic experience that fosters meaningful and lasting change.

Erin believes that healing happens through genuine connection, practical skill-building, and a trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, you and Erin can work towards greater self-understanding, resilience, and well-being.

Erin has a B.S. in Clinical Counseling and Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, both from Lesley University.
