Biography
Ms. Jessica is an LCSW who has worked with children and adults with a history of anxiety disorders, depression, drug use, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, self-esteem issues, and reactive attachment disorder. Jessica has taken pride in creating a safe, peaceful environment and pushing clients to be the best version of themselves at their own pace.
Jessica utilizes various forms of therapy, tailored to clients’ individual needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and a family-therapy-focused model. Jessica is open to gaining more knowledge and training in other forms of therapy that will help transform her clients’ lives.
Jessica obtained her bachelor’s in Psychology from Stonehill College in Easton, MA, and graduated from Yeshiva University with a master’s in social work in New York, New York.
