Biography
Ms. Ruggiero is a Physician Assistant who provides diagnostic and psychiatric care for adults. She graduated from both Boston University and Tufts University’s School of Medicine. Following her education, Ms. Ruggiero followed her passion for helping individuals with mental health concerns and specializes in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma.
Her holistic treatment style combines medication management with various psychotherapy techniques including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.
